In many communities, a lot of rumors about the effects of alcohol and other drugs in enhancing sexual function are common. The  purpose of this review study was the  evaluation of drug addiction effect on sexual function and as a result, the family. The family is the core of all human communities and is based on sexual instinct. This instinct is the kind of tension involve in survive and continuity of the family. Therefore sexual issues are important in the matrimony life.The meta-analysis results of many studies show that the drug addiction, sexualdysfunction in men or women followedand Evidence showed the influence of alcohol and other drugs on sexual dysfunction. As a result, sexual function impaired and consequently influenced the foundation of the family and may collapse it. According to the problems in the contextof family, that occur because of sexual dysfunction due to drug  use,The measures necessary for the prevention of drug use by users educating and their family,And also to make them aware of the disadvantages drug use and impact of drugs on sexual function and consequently on family and its collapse will be given.Also studies on how to treat sexual problems is recommended.
